Video, 7', 2025 A fictional manifesto by working-class men from Turkey who desire to be more sexually fetishized. Subverting nationalism with the tools of gay pornography, this essay film mocks today’s sexual caution and the art world’s romanticization of the lower classes. Scenes of demolishing buildings merge with the poetic view of a harbor under snow, paralleling the contrast between the aggressiveness of physical labor and the emotional vulnerability of hardworking men.

Video, 10', 2025 Beginning with memories of steamy childhood hammams, an oil wrestler retraces the personal history of his hidden desire. A black-and-white fantasy of Oriental male strength turns into a satire on the façade of progressiveness in European queer culture and the art world. The Kassel Documentary Film and Video Festival is a yearly six-day event taking place in Mid-November, organizer is the Filmladen Kassel e.V. The film program, which includes short and feature documentary films and artistic-experimental productions is the main part of the festival. In November 2025, I attended Kassel Documentary Film and Video Festival for the screening of Seen Unseen: An Anthology of Auto(Censorship) which includes my video Cruising.

Middle East Now is a festival of cinema, documentaries, visual arts, photography, contemporary culture, food and events from the Middle East and North Africa: a week of screenings, exhibitions and events engaging the city of Florence. I presented my video-performance Progressive at Berlin Hive Film Days in september 2025. This performance brings together videos, spoken texts, a lecture and an installation.
